People Mobility AI

Every passenger accounted for. Every trip on record.

Tawseela is the operating platform for organisations responsible for moving people: who is on which bus, with which driver, on which route, right now, and whether that matches the plan.

Duty of care

The question is never where the bus is. It is whether the people on it are safe.

Tracking tells you a vehicle's position. Tawseela tells you who boarded, who did not, whether the driver is fit to drive, and whether the route being driven is the one that was approved.

Passenger manifest

Boarding and alighting against the roster, per stop. Missing and unexpected passengers raise an alert while the bus is still on the route.

Route and pickup adherence

Planned versus actual for every trip: stops served, times kept, deviations explained and recorded.

Driver fatigue and fitness

Working hours, rest, licence and compliance status enforced in the roster, with in-cab driver monitoring where fitted.

An auditable record

Immutable events and provenance for every observation. When a parent, an employer or a regulator asks, the answer exists.

The operating problem

One plan, one record, from roster to report

Most operations run the plan in spreadsheets and the vehicles in a vendor portal. Tawseela holds both, so a change to a driver, a route or a passenger list is reflected everywhere at once.

Driver rosters and duty cards
Availability, leave, hours and compliance in one roster
Relief rosters
Cover planned ahead, not found on the morning
Passenger rosters
